Any climate adaptable mobile home - Dinamic D-house

Kinetic home construction is on the rise and can offer the buyer a great deal of choice. One of the undoubted innovations in this field is the Dynamic D-House, modern apartments adapted to almost any climate. The house was designed according to a mathematical formula, according to which it easily changes its configuration, becoming either a closed cubic volume or a series of triangular rooms stretched along the axis.

British designers David Ben Grunberg and Daniel Wolfson have developed the concept of an experimental house that can change its configuration in eight different ways, adapting to climate conditions and the time of day.

For the first time, the house was part of David Ben Grunberg's graduation project and was created specifically for Lapland, where there are often hot summers and extremely cold winters. Of course, this approach is not limited to one country only. similar houses can serve perfectly in almost any part of the world.

The configuration of the house was designed and calculated according to the mathematical formula of Henry Ernest Didney, which was developed back in 1908. According to these calculations, the square is transformed into an equilateral triangle, then divided into four separate modules, which are assembled again into a triangle. Such buildings offer endless possibilities for the world of architecture and design.

In winter, the house turns into a compact form with small windows that do not let in heat. As the seasons change, the house changes its structure, blooming like a flower and allowing light and air to fill all the rooms. The sections of the house roll along the rails in such a way that the internal partitions become external walls. A swing house easily adapts to changes in weather and sunlight.

The original design was exhibited at London's Anise Gallery and was more of an innovative housing concept than a finished project. However, the house was later built in Singapore and additionally equipped with solar panels that generate energy for rotation and other household needs of the residents. The authors of the project believe that the construction of apartments with such a high ability to adapt to natural and weather conditions is absolutely innovative.
